(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case DDR No.3 dated 11.04.2025 under Sections 333, 115(2), 118(1), 191(3), 190, 125, 324(4), 324(5) of the BNS and Sections 25, 37, 54 and 59 of the Arms Act in FIR No.41 dated 10.04.2025 under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 191(3) and 190 of BNS registered at P.S. Mamdot, District Ferozepur. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 07.07.2025 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation.
The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 07.07.2025 and is not required for custodial interrogation.
In this view of the matter, interim order dated 07.07.2025 is made absolute.
