Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to count the daily-wage/work-charge service of the petitioners for the purpose of pension and retiral benefits with effect from the date of their retirement with arrears thereof along with interest. Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that for the purpose of redressal of their grievance, petitioners got issued legal notice dated 21.09.2018 (Annexure P2), but no decision has been taken thereon by the respondents.

In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to the respondents to look into legal notice dated 21.09.2018 (Annexure P2) and take the required decision thereon, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
