(ORAL) Prayer in the first petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 is for issuance of directions to respondent No.1 to hand over the investigation to State Crime Branch or to constitute SIT in FIR No. 0030 dated 12.06.2024 registered under Sections 354-A, 354-D, 34 IPC at Women Police Station, Narnaul, District Mahendergarh (Annexure P-1) and to add proper sections as per offences and to take action against respondents No. 5 and 6.

After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter; learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
