***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (ORAL) At this stage, counsel for the applicant submits that he has filed the present application, solely on account of objection, with regard to jurisdiction of the Family Court, Ambala, where the guardianship petition is pending adjudication.

On query by this Court about any application having filed to raise the question of jurisdiction before the Court concerned, the counsel submitted that no such application has been filed as yet. However, at this stage, counsel submits that the applicant shall file such an application before the Court concerned.

TA-834-2025 In view of the contents of the application, the applicant is hereby given an option to file an appropriate application, for questioning the jurisdiction, before the Court concerned and if such an application is filed, the Court shall adjudicate upon the same, in the fitness of the circumstances. In view of the aforesaid direction, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.
