The counsel for the petitioner(s) further submitted that he will be satisfied if necessary direction is given to respondent No.3 to take action on the aforesaid representation.

In the light of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-7) in accordance with law within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
