(Oral) Reply by way of affidavit of of Randhir Singh, PPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, CAW & C Cell, Ludhiana, on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3, has been filed in court today. Same is taken on record. Learned State counsel submits that FIR No.301 dated 18.11.2017 has been registered against the petitioner. She further submits that the petitioner is sought to be arrested pursuant to the FIR. Notice was also served on the petitioner asking her to appear before the police as required by order dated 20.02.2017. However, no response was received. In view of above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is disposed of with the observation that investigating agency shall be at liberty to proceed further with the investigation as per law.
