**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The petitioner herein has filed the instant writ petition with a prayer for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to give a new place of posting to the petitioner.

In view of the settled law, no writ of mandamus can be issued without petitioner herein having approached the department concerned. Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a detailed representation with the respondent(s) concerned for redressal of her grievance. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the department concerned.
