(Oral) The present petition has been filed in the nature of Habeas Corpus seeking release of detenue-Hulshi (minor daughter of the petitioner) who has been illegally and unlawfully detained by private respondent No.6Deva son of Sonu. Learned Counsel fairly admits that CRWP-5887 of 2026 titled "Deva and another versus State of Haryana and others" had been filed which was disposed of vide order dated 18.05.2026 by this Court after giving a direction to the Commissioner of Police, Faridabad to look into the representation submitted by the petitioners therein. Liberty was also granted in favour of the private respondents to recall the said order of 18.05.2026 on a sufficient cause.

By virtue of the present writ petition, the petitioner essentially seeks reconsideration of an order that has already been passed by this Court, VISHAL SHARMA 2026.06.16 13:08 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRWP-7126-2026 -2I am of the opinion that in the event that the petitioner has any grievance with respect to any misdeclaration made by Hulshi and/or respondent No.6 in CRWP-5887 of 2026, the appropriate remedy would be to file an application in the same petition, more so, when such liberty has already been granted to the private respondents in the said order. Faced with the above, Counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage so as to move an appropriate application in CRWP-5887 of 2026.
