**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J.(ORAL) The present petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeks directions restraining respondents No. 4 to 6 from harassing or interfering with the petitioners and further directing respondents No. 2 and 3 to ensure protection of the petitioners' life and liberty, along with any other appropriate relief deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the case. After arguing for some time learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission for withdrawal of the instant petition. Prayer is accepted.
