CORAM: HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE JAISHREE THAKUR
Present:
Mr. Rajiv Joshi, Advocate, for the petitioner.
**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) It is contended that the claim of the petitioner for a Government job has been declined on the basis that one member of the family, namely Amar Singh son of Jameeto (husband of Smt. Kesari Devi, whose land has been acquired) has already been offered job.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that affidavits were filed before the authorities concerned that there is only one child of Jameeto and Kesari Devi. However, these affidavits have not been taken into consideration while declining the prayer of the petitioner for Government job. This Court is not inclined to go into this matter since it involves a disputed question of fact. Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petition in order to avail his alternative remedy.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 20.02.2017 (JAISHREE THAKUR) Satyawan JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned Yes.
