******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that property was owned by firm of which her husband was proprietor. Now he has expired. At the time of filing of objections, her husband was in jail and she filed objections without any power of attorney in her favour. He seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with liberty to avail other legal remedies available to her after death of her husband.

The appellant at the time of filing of objections had no locus standi to file objections and this fact has been taken note by the Courts below.

Keeping in view the above facts, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
