Paragraph 13 of the said status report read thus :- "13. That as submitted in the preceding paras, a thorough investigation in the case has been conducted and cancellation report has already been prepared. No further investigation in the case is required at this stage. The petitioner is not entitled for the relief as prayed for. The petition deserve dismissal being misconceived and infructuous. The cancellation report in this case was prepared on 15-06-2024 and was submitted in the Ld. Trial Court on 10-10-2024. The cancellation report was submitted on the grounds submitted in the preceding paras of this Status Report."
