The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 09.05.2013 (Annexure P-6) whereby he was punished and order dated 18.09.2013 (Annexure P-8) and 24.03.2015 (Annexure P-10) whereby his appeal and review have been dismissed.

By the impugned order dated 09.05.2013, the petitioner was awarded punishment of reduction of pay by one stage for one year. The said order resulted into loss of paltry amount may be less than Rs.25,000/-. The petitioner has already retired and disputed question of facts are involved. The punishment is not affecting pension or other benefits of the petitioner.

Considering the amount of punishment and the fact that the petitioner has already retired, this Court does not find it appropriate to ANJU GOEL 2023.11.23 17:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
