HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Writ petition bearing CWP No.5349 of 2019 filed by the petitioner along with others seeking direction to fix their pay by taking into consideration pay of their juniors was disposed of vide order dated 09.04.2019 with a direction to respondent No.2 to look into legal notice dated 01.09.2018 and 26.02.2019 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.

Learned State counsel has circulated order dated 08.07.2019 passed by the respondent vide which after due consideration, claim of the petitioner has been rejected.

In view thereof, present petition does not survive and the same is disposed of having been rendered infructuous. Needless to add that it would be open to the petitioner to avail of any appropriate remedy, as per law, if still aggrieved.
