**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that route permit was duly issued in favour of the petitioners, but regular joint time table has not been provided on route Killianwali to Jalandhar. The route Malout to Killianwali has already been approved, but route Malout to Muktsar, Muktsar to Kotkapura, Kotkapura to Moga and Moga to Jalandhar still remain to be approved.

Precisely for the claim in question, the petitioners have also issued a legal notice dated 02.08.2022. Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that at this stage, the petitioners would be satisfied in case their JYOTI SHARMA 2022.09.12 16:31 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP No. 20507 of 2022 -2legal notice dated 02.08.2022 is directed to be decided by the competent authority/ respondent No.2 by passing a speaking order in accordance with law at the earliest. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Sanjeev Soni, Addl. A.G., Punjab appears on the basis of advance notice and submits that the legal notice shall be decided by the competent authority at the earliest.
