The present Criminal Revision Petition has been filed impugning the judgment and order dated 25.07.2019, passed by the Family Court, Ludhiana, whereby, the petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance to the tune of Rs.10,000/- per month to respondent No.1 and Rs.5,000/- per month to respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed that the matter stands finally compromised inter se the parties, as such, he seeks to withdraw the present petition.

The Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
