Counsel for the petitioner submits that the payments due to the petitioner have not been released. The petitioner has sent three legal notices dated 7.12.2016, 23.12.2016 and 27.1.2017 , Annexures P-2 to P4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied in case his above mentioned legal notices are decided within a period of two months.

Notice of motion. On asking of the Court, notice has been accepted by Ms. Anu Pal, AAG, Punjab. Copy supplied. The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 that the legal notices Annexures P-2 to P-4 of the petitioner will be considered and decided within a period of two months after the receipt of a certified copy of this order. In case the petitioner is found entitled to payment of his dues, the same will be released, as per the provisions of rules and regulations.
