The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr. P.C. for quashing of FIR No.230 dated 22.07.2022, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station City Pehowa, District Kurukshetra qua the present petitioners and all consequential proceedings arising thereof. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. 3.
