Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are bunch of such Writ Petitions where the claim is being made with regard to the salary of staff working in the Adarsh Schools.

The Schools were based on the public private partnership. It is stated that the Adarsh School in which the petitioners were working has been closed down. The petitioners are claiming salary of the period they worked from the State Government.

The bunch of Writ Petitions which the learned counsel for the petitioners has mentioned are related with the Adarsh Schools which are functioning but the present Adarsh School in which the petitioners were working has been closed down.

The claim for the salary in respect of the petitioners can be taken up against the concerned private party as well as the State Government Suresh Kumar 2023.08.23 17:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
{2023:PHHC:110059} individually by the petitioners before the Civil Court by filing a Civil Suit. If such suit is filed, the question of limitation will not be taken into account as the Writ Petition was pending before this Court. Such suit shall be decided expeditiously preferably within one year.
