In the present petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has not been given any place of posting after passing of the order dated 28.08.2022 whereas, respondent No.4 has been posted on the place of petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already submitted his option prior to the issuance of the impugned order dated 28.08.2022 but without any valid justification, none of the stations opted for has been allocated to the petitioner, which is totally arbitrary and illegal.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, learned Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents- State.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case the petitioner raises the grievance as raised in the present petition before the authorities concerned within a period of two days from today, an RENU 2022.09.09 17:43 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
