HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Vide order dated 21.11.2017, this Court while disposing of Civil Writ Petition No.26954 of 2013 directed the respondents to pass a speaking order in respect of claim of the petitioner within a period of three months.

Mr. Pannu, learned DAG states that pursuant to the said order, speaking order dated 13.03.2018 had already been passed before the institution of the present contempt petition, a copy whereof has been furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner. In view thereof, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of as infructuous.
