Vide order dated 16.12.2024, a co-ordinate Bench of this Court had referred the ma6er to the Mediaon and Conciliaon Centre of this Court. As per report of the Mediaon and Conciliaon Centre, the ma6er has been se6led between the pares. 3.

Given above, the present peon is allowed and interim order dated 06.08.2024 is made absolute. All pending miscellaneous applicaons, if any, stand disposed of.
