On dated 14.03.2025 at about 07:00 PM, I have received information that quarrel took place with my elder brother Neeraj son of Nafe Singh resident of Village Kundal near Peer Baba, Bahadurgarh Road, Village Nijampur Garhi. Upon receipt of information, I have reached on the spot. My brother Neeraj told that sometime ago, he alongwith with his friend Arvind son of Dilbag Singh and Pawan son of Kishanpal

   resident of village Saidpur, near Peer Baba were doing party. At the same time, Deepak son of Ashok resident of village Kundal of our village brought his car and stopped there and started saying that they have not called him and thus altercation took place between them and he has started giving. beatings. He seems to be like drunken. Deepak was about to leave on his white colour car bearing No. DL54CAV55327 and has hit my brother with his car from backside and after giving threats of killing, he ran away from the spot. We have taken Neeraj to Civil Hospital Kharkhoda for treatment. After preliminary treatment. They have referred him to PGI Rohtak, but we have got admitted Neeraj to Keshav Hospital, Kharkhauda for treatment. He is under treatment.

Deepak has hit my brother Neeraj with his car and therefore he has suffered injury on the left leg and left arm and serious injury on the head. My brother could have even die. Legal action may kindly be taken against Deepak. I have come present in the police post and has presented an application and MLR No. DM/150/SDCH/KKD /XIV/3/2025 DATED 14/03/2025. In this regard, appropriate action may kindly be taken. Sd/5 Sagar."
