The grievance of the petitioners is that the representations Annexures P1, P-3 and P-7 have been made regarding formulation of wrong Wardbandi of village Rammeanna and the said representations have not yet been decided by the competent authority. In the light of the judgment rendered by this Court in CWP No.8290-2013 decided on 13.6.2013, the Deputy Commissioner or the Competent Authority shall decide the objections by passing a well reasoned order after hearing the parties. CWP-28660-2018 2 (i) The petitioners shall file the objections/representations before concerned authority and thereafter the said authority shall decide it in accordance with law within a period of two weeks therefrom if so desired upon hearing the petitioners.
