Criminal Misc. Application bearing No. CRM-51836-2025, under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, has been filed seeking withdrawal of the main case i.e. CRM-M-62057-2024, which is listed for 03.12.2025. 2.
In the main case, on 12.05.2025, following order was passed:- "1.
On 18.12.2024, following order was passed by this Court:- "This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking quashing of Complaint No.6 dated 19.01.2017, registered under Sections 307, 323, 452, 506, 379, and 182 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), titled "Gurbaksh Kaur vs. Sukhdeep Kaur & Ors" (Annexure P-1) and the summoning order dated 24.07.2018 (Annexure P-2).
Notice of motion.
At asking of Court, Mr. Gurpartap Singh Bhullar, AAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondent(State), and seeks time to file status report.
List on 12.02.2025."

It is noticed that till date, neither the complainant/respondent No.2 - Gurbaksh Kaur, has appeared before this Court herself, or through her counsel, nor the petitioners have filed the requisite process fee to serve her. 3.
Counsel for the petitioners again seeks an adjournment to secure the presence of respondent No.2.

Adjourned to 21.07.2025, as last opportunity. However, it would be the responsibility of the petitioners to serve respondent No.2, for appearing before this Court and to get her statements recorded, before the next date of hearing."

Thereafter, time and again case was taken up for hearing on 21.07.2025, 06.08.2025, 10.09.2025, 18.09.2025 and lastly on 03.12.2025 for JAWALA RAM 2025.12.24 19:16 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

Today, on the very outset, learned counsel for the applicantspetitioners submits that applicants-petitioners prays for withdrawal of main petition, as the parties have arrived at compromise and in view of said compromise, applicants-petitioners do not wish to pursue the aforesaid main petition any further. Therefore, there is a request of learned counsel for the applicants-appellants that the date of hearing in the main case, which is fixed for 10.02.2026 be also pre-poned for today itself, and then applicantpetitioner be allowed to withdraw the main case, i.e., CRM-M-62057-2024. 5.
Notice of the application.

Mr. Neeraj Madaan, Sr. DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the non-applicant/respondent - State and pleads no objection to the prayer made therein.

In view of the prayer and the averments made in the application, date of hearing in the main case is pre-poned from 10.02.2026 to today itself, i.e., 23.12.2025, and same is taken on board for its disposal. 8.
As a necessary corollary, the main petition i.e. CRM-M-620572024 is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending Crl. Misc. application(s), if any, also stand(s) disposed of.
