Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to issue retirement letter to the petitioner on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.03.2018 and to release him the retiral benefits. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the redressal of his grievance, petitioner made representation dated 16.04.2018 (Annexure P3), which is pending with the respondents for its adjudication. In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to the respondents to look into representation dated 16.04.2018 (Annexure P3) and take the required decision thereon, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
