He has sought the quashing of the impugned transfer order dated 29.10.2018 (Annexure P3), whereby he has been transferred to Government Senior Secondary School, Jalalpur, District Hoshiarpur, from his place of posting at Government High School, Nanagal Shaheedan, while ordering his reinstatement.
