ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a direction to the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner with regard to submitting the final cancellation report in FIR No.107 dated 10.07.2015 registered under Sections 406, 420 IPC at Police Station Doraha. Counsel for the State submits that after the investigation, the police has prepared a cancellation report, which was approved by the Senior Superintendent of Police on 10.11.2018 and the cancellation report was submitted before the Illaqa Magistrate on 25.02.2019. Thereafter, on 02 occasions, the trial Court has issued notice to the petitioner/complainant but he is not appearing. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Illaqa Magistrate.
