Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.393 dated 08.07.2023, under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 506 and 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station Ambala City, Haryana.

Vide order dated 17.09.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 17.09.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation, however, he has not cooperated with the same.

In view of the above, interim order dated 17.09.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) BNSS. 6.

Petition stands allowed.
