RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court impugning the order dated 23.08.2022 passed by learned JMIC Ambala, vide which the application filed by the petitioner for summoning the witnesses has been partly allowed. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy. Allowed as prayed for.
