[2] On our asking, Mr.Ankur Mittal, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, alongwith Mr.Manoj Dhankhar, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. Let three sets of paper-book be handed over to him during the course of day. [3] In view of the nature of the order, which we propose to pass, there is no need to seek any reply-affidavit from the official respondents. [4] Challenge in this writ petition is to the Notifications dated 15.01.2008 and 14.01.2009 issued under Sections 4 and 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 respectively in respect of acquisition of land for the development of residential sector 21 and 22 (Part) at Sirsa. CWP-3332-2017 -2similar controversy, a Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.03.2017 in CWP No.16857 of 2010 (The Sirsa Adarsh Cooperative House Building Society Limited and another vs State of Haryana and others)and other connected cases has permitted the expropriated owners to submit a comprehensive representation to the Director, Urban Estates Haryana who shall consider and take an appropriate decision keeping in view the changed circumstances.

[6] In this view of the matter, the instant writ petition is also disposed of in terms of CWP No.16857 of 2010 and other connected cases decided on 02.03.2017.
