The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.139 dated 02.06.2025, registered under Section 21(C) of the NDPS Act (Section 29 of the NDPS Act added later on), at Police Station Sadar Fazilka, District Fazilka. 2.
Vide order dated 04.07.2025, passed by this Court, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join investigation. 3.
Status report has been filed. Learned State counsel has submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation on 17.07.2025 though his custodial interrogation is required for the purpose of proper investigation in the matter.
