MAIN Learned counsel for the parties have made a statement that the parties have settled the dispute and cheque of the amount agreed to be paid i.e. Rs.8,50,000/- has been handed over to counsel for the appellants in full and final settlement.

Learned counsel for the appellants does not dispute this position. In view of the statement made by counsel for the parties, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
