The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of order dated 08.07.2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Bahadurgarh in complaint case No.COMA 104 of 2020 dated 21.01.2020. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to take up all pleas at the appropriate stage, in accordance with law.
