(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly concedes that in view of dismissal of the declaratory petition filed under Section 11 of the Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961 for acceptance of their title qua the suit-land, the resistance against implementation of the eviction order will not sustain. He thus seeks to withdraw this writ petition. Ordered accordingly.
