(Oral) CM No. 13225-CII of 2021 This is an application under Order 23 Rule 1 read with Section 151 CPC for permission to withdraw the instant transfer application in view of proposed compromise between the parties in which one of the conditions is to withdraw the present transfer application.

The main case is already fixed for 25.01.2022. Learned counsel submits that advance notice has already been served upon Mr. Umesh Sharma, Advocate. In view of above, the date of hearing is preponed and the main case is taken up today.
