(ORAL) It has been pointed out by learned State counsel that petitioner had earlier sought similar relief by filing CRWP-6743-2026 before this Court. The said petition was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 05.06.2026 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, on the statement made on behalf of the petitioner, while granting liberty to avail alternative remedies available in accordance with law.

Faced with the situation, learned senior counsel for the petitioner again makes a statement so as to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail alternative remedies available in accordance with law. 3.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
