CWP-28701-2018 (O&M) Notice of motion was issued on the last date of hearing. At the time of resumed hearing today, learned State counsel has placed on record Letter No.5287 dated 19.11.2018, sent by Executive Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Sirhind, to the Director, Rural Development and Panchayat Departmet, Punjab, Mohali, stating that the petitioner (Rano) has joined her duty on 1.11.2018 (forenoon), which fact has not been denied by the counsel for the petitioner. Letter is made part of the record as Mark-A.

In view of above, counsel for the petitioner concedes that nothing survives in the instant writ petition. Disposed of as having rendered infructuous.
