This petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 for issuance of directions to the official respondents to file report under Section 193 of BNSS in FIR No. 225 dated 02.12.2024 under Sections 103 BNS (302IPC), 351 BNS (503 IPC), 351(2) BNS (506 IPC), 3(5) BNS (34 IPC) registered at Police Station Sadar Fazilka District Fazilka and to take action on the application dated 03.06.2025 (Annexure P-3). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation/complaint dated 03.06.2025 (Annexure P-3) to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka to look into his representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 6.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 03.06.2025 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
