Learned State counsel submits that in fact respondent No.3 has not received any such representation but now, copy of the same is with him which he will forward to the concerned Commissioner of Police.

Given above, respondent No.3-Commissioner of Police, Panchkula, is directed to decide the representation (Annexure P-3) within four weeks from today by passing a speaking order in accordance with law. The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again in case, there is any threat perception.
