(Oral) The petitioner by way of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks issuance of directions to official respondents No.2 and 3 to take action on the representation (Annexure P-1) and also direct the private respondents not to interfere in the life and liberty of the petitioner.

The reply dated 30.04.2022 on behalf of the respondent-State has been submitted in the Court today, as per which the petitioner is now residing with her father-respondent No.4. It is further mentioned in the reply that Jatin, her friend, is an accused in FIR No.417 dated 21.10.2021 registered with Police Station Gandhi Nagar.
