(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to decide the Legal Notice dated 07.5.2023 (Annexure P-18) and to implement the Lease Agreement dated 19.09.2018 (Annexure P-5) executed between the Governor of Haryana and the petitioner for the purpose of taking 10 buses on lease as the petitioner had purchased the buses and had altered the position and in this background, the respondents are estopped from rescinding the Lease Agreement dated 19.09.2018. Notice of motion.
