AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court for withdrawal of the writ petition on the premise that due to inadvertence, complete copy of the vernacular of order dated 20.05.2016 (Annexure P-6) could not be attached with the present writ petition. However, before I could grant the liberty, a query has been raised to Mr. Chauhan to apprise whether writ petition would directly lie against the dismissal of the objections filed qua mode of partition or an appeal under the provisions of Punjab Land Revenue Act. With the aforementioned observations, permission is granted to the petitioner for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy in accordance with law.
