Present writ petition for issuance of directions to the respondents to release salary including service benefits and other related benefits along with interest for the period from 01.04.2017 to 22.09.2017. Petitioner retired from services on 31.03.2017 and thereafter, he was reappointed and finally retired on 30.09.2017, but his salary as well as retiral benefits have not been paid.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner made representation dated 23.02.2018 (Annexure P1), which is still pending with the respondents for decision. Notice of motion.
