Petitioner has filed the present writ petition for seeking benefits of counting his service as work charge employee rendered from 05.07.1987 to 03.08.1999 and thereafter, his services were regularized. However, the services rendered by him as work charge employee has not been counted for the purpose of fixation of his pension. Petitioner has also made representation dated 31.08.2018 (Annexure P3), which has not been decided so far.

In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to the respondents to look into representation dated 31.08.2018 (Annexure P3) and take the required decision thereon, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
