Prayer made in the writ petition is for grant of interest on delayed payment of retiral benefits for the period of 27 months. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has already made several representations right from the month of June, 2015 and his latest representation on this point is dated 30.10.2018 (Annexure P9) and the same have not been decided so far. In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to the respondents to look into representation dated 30.10.2018 (Annexure P9) and take the required decision thereon, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
