The petitioners through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking directions to respondents to address their representation dated 09.05.2026 with respect to illegal dumping of solid waste on their private agricultural land. 2.
As per petition, the solid waste collected from Panchkula used to be dumped towards Village Alipur. The villagers raised objection to aforesaid activity. The respondent has started dumping solid waste on their private agricultural land without their consent. They have submitted detailed representation to Haryana State Pollution Control Board, Municipal Commissioner, Panchkula and Deputy Commissioner, Panchkula but to no avail. They have filed reminders. The Deputy Commissioner, Panchkula vide communication dated 14.05.2026 has DEEPAK BISSYAN 2026.06.15 16:58 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
CWP-19127-2026 -2asked Municipal Commissioner, Panchkula to take action on their complaint, however, Municipal Commissioner has not paid heed to their representation or Deputy Commissioner's communication. 3.
Learned counsel for respondent-Municipal Corporation, Panchkula submits that the competent authority would look into the petitioners' grievance and address their representation within four weeks from today.

Petitioner No.2 who is present in person agrees to the aforesaid arrangement.
