(Oral) The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of the impugned communication dated 04th October, 2018 (Annexure P-1), issued by the respondent-Bank. A further prayer for issuing direction to the respondent-Bank to accept the request of the petitioner to settle the matter under the One Time Settlement (OTS) Scheme, has also been made. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents-Bank on instructions from Mr. Gaurav, Officer, SAMB Branch, State Bank of India, has confirmed that the OTS proposal, as submitted by the petitioners has been accepted by the respondent-Bank and in pursuance thereto, an amount of ` 30.00 lakhs has also been paid by the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the remaining amount in terms of OTS shall be paid to the respondent-Bank within the time period as allowed under the aforesaid settlement.

Accordingly, in view of the above, it was prayed by the learned counsel for the parties that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.
