Versus

Present:

Through this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner prays for a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing respondent No.2, to complete the regular inquiry. It has been pleaded that the Principal Secretary to Government of Haryana, Development and Panchayat Department, while passing order dated 26.08.2020, had directed the Deputy Commissioner to complete the regular inquiry within a period of two months. It has been complained that the Deputy Commissioner, has not completed the regular inquiry as directed. In the considered view of this Court, once the petitioner is complaining of non compliance of the order passed by the Principal Secretary, he should filed an appropriate application before him, in this regard.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. (Anil Kshetarpal) Judge December 09, 2020 "DK"
