**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J.(ORAL) This Criminal Writ Petition Under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the official respondent no 2 and 3 to ensure life and liberty of petitioners at the hands of private respondents no. 4 to 9.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to respondent No.2-the Senior Superintendent of Police Fazilka, District Fazilka to decide the representation dated 29.05.2026 (Annexure P-1) within a time bound manner.
